Sacrifice Training is an athletic performance facility specializing in strength, power, and speed development. Owner Bryson Tucker founded Sacrifice in the fall of 2012, not long after a short stint with the Calgary Stampeders of the Canadian Football League ended in a preseason release.
Since then, Sacrifice has taken central Texas by storm, established as one of the region's premier athletic performance facilities. Our staff have performed at a high level in their own sports, and stay committed to proven methods for the next generation of athletes.
Training here means young athletes train alongside professionals. Watching someone who's reached the top level push through the same session pushes everyone else. That's not a marketing line. That's just what happens in this building.
What will you sacrifice to be great?Sacrifice Training

Owner/Founder
Bryson Tucker is the founder and CEO of Sacrifice Training, and a graduate of the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. He built Sacrifice around a simple idea: athletes deserve training that actually works, not training that just looks good. His own path, playing at the collegiate level, then going pro with the Green Bay Blizzard (IFL) and Calgary Stampeders (CFL), shaped every program he's built since. Bryson believes sacrifice isn't just a training philosophy. It's the difference between athletes who compete and athletes who win, on the field and in life.

Athletic Performance & Olyfit Coach
Eric Henri and Bryson Tucker were teammates in college, sharing the field long before Sacrifice Training existed. Eric brings an elite college career and 13+ years of hands-on experience developing athletes to the Sacrifice staff, a track record that gives him a first-hand read on what athletes actually need to develop the right way, physically and mentally. Like Bryson, Eric holds one truth above the rest: sacrifice is what separates good from great, in sports and in life.

Athletic Performance & Olyfit Coach
Devyn Nicholson played baseball at East Texas Baptist University, and trained at Sacrifice the entire time. That experience turned into a career: he's been on staff since 2021, building the next generation of athletes on the same standard that shaped him. Devyn brings real depth to the coaching floor, pairing a graduate education in kinesiology with years of hands-on coaching. He's seen firsthand how the Sacrifice culture builds athletes who can handle adversity, not just avoid it, in competition and in life.

Personal Trainer and Olyfit Coach
Traci Young played rugby at Texas A&M, after a high school career in track and basketball, and calls it the best sport in the world. Rugby brought her to Austin, where she built a 14-year career as a public educator: math teacher, department chair, instructional coach. She spent that same stretch coaching rugby at the state and regional select level. After five years training at Sacrifice, Traci brings her teaching background into the gym, helping members of every age hit their goals with the same discipline she brought to the classroom and the pitch.

Strength Coach and Olyfit Coach
Jordan Claxton is an Olyfit Coach and Personal Trainer at Sacrifice Training, and a Michigan State graduate. He grew up across baseball, football, track, and golf, then found his real calling after college: lifting heavy. Jordan went on to compete for the U.S. Virgin Islands national powerlifting team. He joined Sacrifice in 2021 as an Olyfit member, then made the jump from client to strength coach. The culture here is what pulled him in, and it's exactly what he's here to pass on.

Athletic Performance & Olyfit Coach
Aden Britt grew up a true multi-sport athlete: volleyball, track, and Hunter-Jumper horseback riding built a foundation few coaches bring to the table. She trained at Sacrifice as an athlete since 2018, all the way through her high school and college career, and that's where her passion for performance training took hold. Aden played the first two years of a collegiate volleyball career at Temple College, then closed it out at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College as a First Team All-Conference and First Team AVCA All-Region player. Two years coaching youth club volleyball followed, then a degree in Psychology, a combination that shapes the whole approach: performance isn't just physical, it's mental. Aden trains the whole athlete, building strength, confidence, and resilience that carries on and off the court.
