Athletic Performance

Our first goal as the performance coach is to ensure the health and well being of our athletes. We do this by assessing the athlete on their first appointment and recording certain performance measures that will allow us to give real analytical evidence for increases in performance. We teach our athletes proper biomechanics so that when it comes to actual performance we can raise their potential to succeed. Health then Performance, that’s the order that we operate. After the proper assessments and recorded measures, we then begin programming the most effective training methods in order for the athlete to increase performance in their respective sport.


Speed Training and Running Mechanics

Would you allow someone to put 300lbs on their back and perform squats with bad form? I hope not! So why allow your athlete to take tens of thousands of steps while running and not have the proper form? Ballistic movements like running can be detrimental to an athlete if not performed correctly. Chiro Health Solutions  states , “Studies have shown that each heel strike produces a force that is equal to 3 – 4 times your bodyweight. For a 150 pound runner, this means that each heel strike will generate approximately 600 pounds of pressure. OLYFIT is an Olympic Barbell Movement Class based around three strength days and 3 metabolic conditioning days.  Class is offered 20 times a week Monday-Saturday. This class teaches individuals the proper technique on Olympic Movements that range from the Bench Press and Squat to the Power Clean and Power Clean Jerk. This program is catered to the individual and designed based off of percentages from their 1 rep maxes on each core lift.



This is our free session to invite the community into the facility and experience a great training session alongside our members.



No, it is not. Although we do train high-level athletes we have programs for all populations. It doesn’t matter where you are in your training journey or if you’re a first-time gym goer. We have you covered!
We start training kids as young as 7 years old. The key is the kid. If the athlete is able to understand and regurgitate what they are being asked then they are ready to train!
